Working Principle

The screw juice extractor is a movable, twin screw, continuous, slow extrusion. The machine has a low speed and high pressure, and the speed per minute is only 12r/min after passing through the reducer and gearbox. The part in contact with the material is made of high-quality acid-resistant and alkali-resistant stainless steel. The front and rear sections of the screw are squeezed in the forward and reverse directions respectively to form a "twisting towel" pressure. The pressure is increased through the screen to achieve the solid-liquid separation effect. The dryness and wetness of the slag can be controlled and adjusted according to requirements.
