Working Principle
The refrigeration system drives the compressor to work, compressing the refrigerant which is then cooled by the condenser and solidified into a liquid state. It then enters the evaporator for heating and vaporization to produce steam, which is subsequently throttled and decompressed by the condenser and expansion valve to normal temperature and high-pressure gas discharge. (It can also directly use low-pressure gas.)
Products Operation
1. Place the fixed mold frame into the ice block machine.
2. Pour the appropriate amount of freezing liquid into the machine.
3. Fill the ice cube mold with water, then let the mold stand fixed.
4. Turn on the power; it will take about 4-6 hours to complete freezing.
5. After freezing, prepare to de-mold by soaking the mold in cold water for one minute, then pick it up to easily de-mold.
6. Finally, the ice bricks are made.
