The grape destemmer machine consists of a feeder, a power and transmission device, a destemming drum, a destemming fork, a crushing device and a frame. The feeder adopts spiral feeding, and is connected to the destemming drum at the back; the destemming fork is installed in the destemming drum, and the destemming transmission device is installed at the front end of the frame; the destemming transmission system drives the destemming fork transmission shaft and the destemming drum at the same time through a set of gears and a set of flexible connection shafts.
