Working Principle
In order to meet the requirements of uniform feeding, the grapes with stems are evenly pushed from the spiral feeding device to the grape crushing machine. When the destemming drum rotates, the destemming fork rotates at high speed in the same direction. The destemming blades are installed on the destemming fork, and two spiral lines are arranged. The spiral angle of the blade arrangement is determined according to the speed, production capacity and running time of the grapes in the destemming drum. The blades disperse the fruit particles, separate the fruit particles from the fruit stems, and push the fruit stems to the outlet along the spiral line, so as to be discharged out of the machine; the fruit particles fall into the crushing device from the circular hole on the wall of the destemming drum. The crushing device consists of two pairs of meshing toothed rollers. The fruit particles are squeezed and crushed at the same time through the meshing toothed rollers, and then output after entering the jam pump.
