1. The freezing scraping part is a key component for ice cream forming. It is a scraping and stirring device that also functions as an evaporator.
2. After the ice cream mixture and air are sent into this component by the mixing pump, under the action of vigorous stirring, the air is evenly distributed in the ice cream mixture in the form of tiny bubbles.
3. Under the heat exchange effect of the freezing cylinder, the moisture in the mixture freezes into fine ice crystals along the cylinder wall. The ice crystals are scraped off by the scraper close to the cylinder wall and mixed into the mixture.

4. During the vigorous stirring process, the ice crystals proportion of ice crystals in the material increases, forming soft ice cream. Under the feeding action of the mixing pump, it expands to become soft ice cream with a suitable expansion rate.
