Commercial Pepper Grinder

The commercial pepper grinder is designed for fine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials with high fiber content and low oiliness, especially dried herbs. The grinder consists of a feed hopper, grinding chamber, and drive motor. Some models are equipped with a cyclone with a discharge valve, a bag house, and an exhaust fan.

Material is fed into the grinding chamber by gravity or a screw conveyor. Grinding is achieved through the strong impact and shearing action between the high-speed rotor with movable cutters/knives and inner serrated liners.

The particle size of the product is controlled by a screen installed in the crushing chamber, and the fineness of the output powder is adjusted by replacing the screen. The grinder is efficient and easy to operate, making it widely used for fine grinding of soft to medium-hard, high fiber content, and low-oily materials in the food and chemical industries.
