The chilli stem cutting machine is mainly composed of a conveying system, a destemming system, a control system, etc. The peppers are first fed into

the conveyor system and then driven through the conveyor belt into the de-stemming system. In the destemming system, the peppers are clamped and transferred to the destemming wheel. The handle removal wheel is a disc made of a set of steel wires, usually 10-30cm in diameter, and covered with fine steel wires.
When the pepper comes into contact with the stem removal wheel, the stem of the pepper is stuck, and the pepper itself is cut and rubbed by the wire, eventually removing the pepper from the stem. The density and rotation speed of the steel wire can be adjusted according to the size and variety of peppers. At the same time, the rotation speed of the handle removal wheel can also be adjusted through the control system to adapt to different pepper varieties and quantities.
