A Plastic Granulator mainly consists of a frame, motor, pelletizing disc, fixed blades, transmission system, and safety devices. During operation, the extruder extrudes molten plastic into continuous plastic strips, which then enter the pelletizer. The high-speed rotating moving blades work in conjunction with the fixed blades to cut the plastic strips into uniformly sized pellets. The pellet length can be adjusted according to customer requirements to ensure that the pellets are neat in shape and consistent in size.
