1. The mixing machine is made of stainless steel, with rollers and brakes at the bottom. Press the brake during production to prevent the mixer from moving. You can add a certain proportion of water to various materials and mix them fully to ensure uniform raw materials during production.
2. The spiral feeder is made of stainless steel, with continuous feeding and a plug at the bottom to prevent material from accumulating in the pipeline. The material can be quickly transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, saving labor.
3. The single screw extruder is the crucial machine in the krupuk making machine and consists of a feeding system, an extrusion system, a heating system, a transmission system, a rotary cutting system, a control system, a cooling system, etc. The material is fed into the feeder, and the barrel is subjected to high temperature, high pressure, and high shear to expand the material to achieve the desired shape. Controlled by a separate control cabinet, it adopts advanced frequency converter speed regulation technology, making the equipment powerful, running more smoothly and saving more electricity.
4. The cutter of the cutting machine is frequency-controlled, and can be adjusted to produce products of different lengths 2-16CM.
5. The air dryer consists of a conveyor and a fan, with a simple structure and easy operation. It is mainly used to wind cool the product.
6. The box of the dryer is beautiful, sturdy and durable. There is a good insulation layer between the studio and the box shell, which improves the temperature uniformity in the box, removes excess moisture from the product, and increases the shelf life.
7. The cooling machine uses a stainless steel mesh belt, and thirty fans force cooling to remove moisture, assisting the oven to improve the drying efficiency. There are 70mm high guard plates on both sides to effectively prevent particles from blowing out. The mesh belt is 1m wide to ensure that the material is evenly spread.
