Equipped with a high-precision stepper motor, it ensures accurate pattern positioning on every package. The control system manages synchronization, fixed length, positioning, and speed throughout the process. The CNC cutter supports automatic counting and adjustable cutting between 2–99 packs, while the system can automatically diagnose and display faults. Optional accessories include a date coder and an air-filling device.

Function
Workflow: Manually load the prepared products into the chain bucket → conveying → optional date coding → bag forming → filling → optional gas flushing or exhaust → sealing → automatic counting.
Control System: Equipped with a computer/PLC control system, photoelectric tracking, and gas fault display for stable performance and easy operation and maintenance.
Customizable Options: Can be equipped with hole-punching blades, linked-bag devices, or easy-tear notches according to customer requirements.
Construction: The machine body and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. (Bucket material available in food-grade plastic or stainless steel.)
