Installation and Test

The machine should be placed on a flat and hard floor, adjust the foot screw of the machine, screw them into the horizontal floor, and lock them;

Connect the fiber exit with the feeding inlet by the plastic pipe, and make sure there is no leak.

Connect the opening machine and filling machine to the power of 380V/50Hz/63A 3phases electrical controlled box (prepared by customer). Make sure the direction of the motor is the same as the mark of the arrowhead on the machine.

Connect the power line of the filling machine to the electrically controlled box of the opening machine.

Make sure the grounding is fine.

a. Order of setup: first set up the filling machine to make the running the filling machine work well. ( Note the direction of the motor is the same as the mark of the arrowhead on the machine)

b. Set up the opening machine, after 30 seconds of running the machine will work well, then set up the switch back or forward, and check the direction of the running belt is correct.

c. Fiber feeding: put the fiber on the conveyor belt average. Do not put it too thick to prevent the jam in the roller.

d. Filling: Take the pillow or sofa cover into the filling exit, press the foot valve by foot, and belt feeding will begin, then the fiber will be filled into a pillow or sofa cushion.

e. After the fiber filling into the pillow or cushion is full stop off the foot valve.

 

Maintenance.

Clean the fiber between the rollers and exit and the valve of the filling machine.

Adding the lubricant to a pneumatic component of oil and mist.

Keep the machine and working environment clean.

Safe notice:

When fiber feeding, don't put arms into the fiber exit to prevent danger.

If there is any abnormity, press the stop knob in the electrical box.

 

Forbidden to use the non-polyester fiber to open, including flame fiber, long silk, shredded fabric, metal things, wooden, or bamboo things, to prevent damage of the machine

If the polyester fiber is damp or in a block, it should be insolated and loosened, then open.

Keep the expedite of the fiber exit, if there is a jam, will make the machine burthen or damage the machine.

When working, do not open the panel, because the speed of the rolling is 2000rpm.
