Bottle Feeding Machine

The Bottle Feeding Machine is designed to automatically feed, sort, and collect round bottles for high-speed production lines. The operator places bottles onto the loading table. The motor-driven rotary table automatically transfers the bottles onto the conveyor. The rotary table speed is adjustable to match the conveyor speed, ensuring smooth and continuous bottle feeding. The entire machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, while the rotary table is made of tempered glass for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The feeding and accumulation tables are connected to the belt conveyor, allowing bottles to be transferred automatically in and out of the production line. Driven by a variable-speed motor, the rotary table operates smoothly, and its speed can be adjusted to synchronize with the conveyor. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the machine is hygienic, corrosion-resistant, and easy to maintain. It is suitable for bottles of various sizes, shapes, and materials, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of production lines.
