This 12-head negative pressure filling machine can fill water, beverages, oil, liquids, and non-viscous materials, accurately filling various non-carbonated beverages and low-concentration liquids. The entire filling system is made of stainless steel, preventing corrosion and ensuring hygiene, meeting hygiene requirements and extending the equipment's lifespan. The entire process utilizes negative pressure filling, automatic cap making, electric heating sealing, and capping.

 

The capping machine is suitable for automatically feeding and capping aluminum caps onto glass bottles. The capping and sealing process is highly efficient, reliable, easy to operate and maintain, using an automatic threaded capping system.

1. The filling range is suitable for bottles with a capacity of approximately 1.5L or less.

2. The storage tank must be higher than the filling machine's inlet. 

3. The machine's material cylinder is vacuum-operated, meaning it operates under vacuum and generates suction.

4. It draws caps downwards automatically, making it faster than gravity-flow machines and eliminating the need for an air compressor.

 

1. The aluminum cap capping machine is equipped with a rotary cap-scraping system, which automatically sorts caps, eliminating the need for manual placement and ensuring uniform and neat cap placement, saving labor costs.

2. The cap-grabbing robot's height is adjustable. By changing the dial system, it can accommodate bottles of different heights and diameters.

3. It is equipped with a torque overload system, allowing for random torque adjustment to prevent excessive or insufficient capping force, ensuring smooth capping.

4. The dial drive gear is equipped with a limit switch and clutch to prevent bottle breakage and damage to the dial in case of bottle jamming.
