Large Grain Grinder

This large grain grinder is composed of a grinding chamber, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust removal box, and a fan. The machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush materials through a combination of impact, friction, shearing, and mutual collision. The fineness of the crushed material can be adjusted by changing the screen aperture. Designed in compliance with GMP standards, the entire machine is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. It features a simple structure, high energy efficiency, low consumption, and ease of cleaning, making it an ideal crushing equipment. The crushed material is discharged through the cyclone separator via centrifugal force and the fan's gravitational pull, while dust is collected in the dust removal box and recovered through the dust removal bag.

Ventilator:
The ventilator generates airflow to transport ground materials to the designated location while maintaining air pressure balance within the grinder. Its air volume and pressure are precisely calibrated to meet the operational requirements of the mill.

Sacron Air Closers:
Sacron air closers are installed beneath the Sacron dust collector to guide materials from the inlet to the outlet. They prevent air from entering through the outlet, effectively creating an airlock to maintain system integrity.
