Macadamia nuts are fed into the macadamia nut cracker machine, where they are uniformly and precisely positioned. A cutting system, driven by a servo motor, cuts a controlled incision on the surface of the shell. Both the cutting depth and angle are adjustable to meet nuts of varying sizes. Once the pre-cracking process is complete, the nuts are discharged and ready to proceed to the next stages of processing.
