1. The shelled almond grader adopts a drum screen design to accurately grade according to the size of almonds to ensure the shelling effect. The screen aperture can be customized (such as 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc.) to meet the needs of different varieties or customers.

2. Almond shelling machine, high shell breaking rate (≥95%), while minimizing kernel damage. Adapt to nuts of different hardness (such as almonds, hazelnuts), and achieve the best effect by adjusting the gap between the rollers.

3. The shell kernel separator combines air selection and vibration screening, and the shell kernel separation purity reaches more than 98%, significantly reducing the cost of manual sorting. The wind speed and screen inclination can be adjusted to adapt to the difference in the specific gravity of the shell kernel of different nuts.

4. Almond grader, grade according to the size of almonds to increase the added value of products.
