The colloid mill machine is driven by a motor through a belt drive to rotate the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) at relatively high speeds. One of them rotates at high speed while the other remains stationary. The material to be processed passes through its own weight or external pressure (generated by a pump) to produce a downward spiral impact force. When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), it is subjected to strong shear force, friction, high-frequency vibration, and high-speed vortex, among other physical effects. This process effectively emulsifies, disperses, homogenizes, and crushes the material, achieving ultra-fine crushing and emulsification.
