Working Principle
During the peeling process, peanuts are first soaked in water to soften the skin and make it easier to peel. Subsequently, the soaked peanuts are fed into the broad bean peeling machine. In the peeling machine, the peanuts are subject to the high-speed rotation and friction of the peeling wheel and are also washed by the water flow in the peeling chamber. The combined effect of rotation, friction, and water scouring causes the outer skin of the peanuts to be quickly peeled off, while the peanuts themselves remain intact. The peeled outer skin and peanuts are washed into the slag discharge port of the broad bean peeling machine and discharged through the slag discharge port.

Machine Operation
1. Soak the cleaned peanuts in water. Generally, the soaking time is 10-30 minutes.
2. Send the soaked peanuts into the feed port of the peeling machine, and start the peeling machine for peeling processing.
3. During the peeling process, pay attention to the peeling effect and the operation of the equipment. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection in time.
4. After the peeling is completed, take out the peeled peanuts and rinse them with clean water to remove the remaining peeling liquid and outer skin.
5. Drain the rinsed peanuts and proceed with subsequent processing, such as drying, frying, etc.
