Recently, 10 baling and wrapping machines customised for a Thai customer have all completed commissioning and quality inspection, and were successfully loaded at the factory, ready to be shipped to Thailand. This batch shipment marks a further expansion of our baling and wrapping equipment in the Southeast Asian market and reflects the Thai customer's high recognition of our product quality and service.
Before loading, our technical team conducted a full-machine operation test on each machine, focusing on checking baling stability, wrapping uniformity, and the operation of the hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure the equipment can be put into use immediately upon arrival at the customer's site. All machines feature a thickened steel body structure, and key components have undergone rust prevention and reinforcement treatment to withstand the high temperatures and humidity of Thailand's operating environment.
During loading, the equipment was packaged according to export standards, with key parts reinforced with protective film and timber, and container space was rationally planned to ensure safety and stability during transportation. The entire loading process was efficient and orderly, completed smoothly according to plan, laying a solid foundation for subsequent sea freight and customs clearance.
This batch of baling and wrapping machines will primarily be used for baling and wrapping feed materials such as hay, silage corn, and rice straw in Thailand. It can effectively improve the storage period of feed, reduce mould and spoilage, and help local ranches achieve standardized and large-scale production
