He wanted to use it to bale corn, lucerne, and sorghum. He owns a farm and is also involved in the agricultural products and agricultural machinery industry, with a wide range of business activities. He asked if there would be air inside the bales after packaging. Since the packaging bags are double-layered, once they are tied tightly with ropes, air will not enter.
This customer has extensive import and export experience, but before placing an order, he had some concerns about the supplier's qualifications. To alleviate his concerns, we provided him with our factory address, successful transaction cases, and photos of other customers visiting our factory. We also invited him to visit our factory to experience the quality of our machines and the strength of our company firsthand. We have been engaged in agricultural machinery manufacturing and export for over 15 years, so there is no need to worry.
We informed the customer that we had the machine in stock and that it could be picked up after payment was received. The customer could also choose the paint color of the machine. The blue version uses water-based paint, while the green version uses oil-based paint. Ultimately, the customer chose to arrange for his own freight forwarder to pick up the goods from our factory and also visited our factory at the same time, laying the foundation for future cooperation.
