The client operates an established fruit processing plant in Kenya and generates tons of fruit waste daily; they wanted to shred this waste into small pieces, sun-dry them, and convert them into fuel. After receiving their inquiry, we provided professional advice to recommend the most suitable machine.
Based on the client's capacity requirements, we initially recommended the SL1400 model, which offers a minimum throughput of 5 tons per hour. However, the client felt the price exceeded their budget and asked if it was negotiable. After consulting with our engineers, we recommended the SL1000 dual-shaft shredder; it can also achieve a throughput of 5 tons per hour at full load but falls within the client's budget.
Throughout the process-from inquiry to shipment-we maintained timely communication, adjusted the machine configuration to meet the client's needs and budget, and provided videos of actual test runs processing mangoes to alleviate any concerns about performance. During production, we kept the client updated with progress photos. Once the machine was completed, we conducted a test run using mangoes to demonstrate real-world processing results and promptly arranged shipment to ensure the client received the machine as soon as possible.
