Project Process
The customer first contacted Shuliy in late May and initially asked about used machines. After further communication via WhatsApp, we learned that the customer preferred a new machine and collected detailed information about the project, including the customer's business background, production requirements, and investment plans.
In early June, the customer compared quotations from suppliers in different countries, including Iran. During this period, our team continued communicating with both the company director and purchasing staff, answering technical questions, discussing machine details, and negotiating the final price.
From June 5 to June 23, the customer focused on verifying our company's reliability and equipment quality. To remove concerns before placing the order, the customer planned to arrange a trusted friend in China to visit our factory for inspection.
On June 24, we created a WeChat group with the customer and his representative in China. The customer's friend, who was located in Hebei, helped arrange a local person from Zhengzhou to visit and inspect our factory.
On June 27, the factory visit was successfully completed. After receiving positive feedback from the inspection, the customer gained confidence in Shuliy and decided to proceed with payment.
