We recently shipped a 100kg/h cashew nut processing line to Nigeria. The client plans to build a new factory to process cashews grown on farms, increasing their added value and producing cashews suitable for direct retail in supermarkets, thus creating greater value for the factory.
This is the client's first time engaging in cashew nut processing and they were unsure of their processing capacity. Therefore, we offered several options: 50kg/h, 100kg/h, 200kg/h, etc., along with the required factory space for each capacity (e.g., a 50kg/h line requires 40-50 square meters). The client indicated a limited budget, so we consulted with our engineers to configure a streamlined production line solution that wouldn't disrupt cashew processing while meeting their budget requirements.
During the communication process, we provided the client with videos of our factory's inventory and machines in operation to demonstrate that we are a real factory handling a large volume of orders during peak season. The customer also mentioned that voltage is unstable in Nigeria, so we offered them options for the roasting machine (gas heating optional), the cashew steaming and drying machine (steam heating optional with a boiler), and other machines powered by a generator. Our professional knowledge and timely feedback ultimately led the customer to choose us and place an order.
