The customer is a trading company from Morocco representing an end user entering the plastic recycling industry. The end customer already owned a blown film production line and planned to invest in a 150–200 kg/h plastic pelletizing line to recycle plastic waste and produce recycled pellets.

The inquiry was received in February. Since the customer's requirements were clear, Shuliy quickly provided a complete quotation for a 200 kg/h plastic pelletizing line.
During March, we discussed the machine configuration with the trading company and learned that the end customer already had experience in plastic processing. Although the customer needed additional time to find a suitable factory site, we maintained regular communication and prepared for long-term follow-up.
In April, the project requirements changed, and the end customer decided to purchase only the pelletizing section instead of the complete production line. We immediately updated the quotation and prepared a professional presentation document introducing our machine advantages, production capabilities, shipment cases, customer feedback, and factory photos, making it easier for the trading company to communicate with its customer.
In May, we provided the latest shipping cost and discussed payment terms. Although the customer requested a discount, our focus remained on offering the most suitable equipment and reliable service while negotiating a mutually acceptable payment solution.
By the middle of June, the customer issued the purchase order. After several discussions regarding the payment terms, the customer accepted our proposed TT + LC payment method. The proforma invoice was updated, and the project successfully moved to the payment stage.
