Recently, our company successfully delivered a 50kg/h gas-fired cashew nut shelling production line to an overseas customer, helping them improve cashew processing efficiency and achieve the transition from manual processing to automated production.
Previously, the customer mainly relied on traditional manual methods for cashew shell removal, which resulted in low production efficiency, high labor costs, and inconsistent product quality. After fully understanding the customer's production requirements, raw material characteristics, and local energy conditions, we recommended this gas-heated cashew nut shelling production line.
The production line has a designed capacity of 50kg per hour and adopts a gas heating system, featuring stable heating performance, low energy consumption, and easy operation. The complete line integrates multiple processes, including cashew grading, heating treatment, automatic shelling, and kernel separation. It can effectively improve shelling efficiency, reduce kernel damage, and ensure high-quality finished products.
