Such as: dust removal ash, pool mud, oxide scale, steel slag, iron powder, aluminum ash powder, silicon manganese ore powder and so on. Ball pressing machine is a kind of equipment for pressing powdery materials into balls. The application of ball pressing machine is extremely extensive, can press the following materials, granulation or ball pressing, such as aluminum chips, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite, caustic sap, charcoal, clay, coke dust, coal, cryolite, fertilizer, plastic, limestone, pigment, urea, potassium salt... Construct composition
The structure of the ball pressing machine consists of three parts: feeding part; transmission part; Forming part.
1. The feeding part is mainly to realize quantitative feeding to ensure that the material enters the roller evenly. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, rotated by the pulley and worm reducer, and the pressed material is forcibly pressed into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed control motor, when the pressing amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the host, a constant feeding pressure can be maintained to make the quality of the pellets stable. If the feeding amount is too large, the electrical overload of the feeding device will be carried out; If the feed is too small, it will not form a ball. Therefore, skilled operation skills are important conditions to ensure the normal operation of the pressing ball.
2. For the transmission part, the main transmission system is: electric motor--delta belt --- reducer--- open gear--- roll. The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the active shaft through the pulley and cylindrical gear reducer through the rod pin coupling. The active and passive shafts are guaranteed to operate synchronously by means of open gears. The passive housing is equipped with hydraulics behind it. The hydraulic protection device is driven by the hydraulic pump into the hydraulic cylinder to produce axial displacement of the piston. The front joint of the piston rod is pressed against the housing to meet the production pressure requirements.
3. The forming part mainly refers to the main engine part, and the core part is the roll. When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers or enters the metal block, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is overloaded under pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator buffers the pressure change, the overflow valve opens the oil return, and the piston rod shifts so that the gap between the pressure rollers is enlarged so that hard objects pass through the pressure roller, and the system pressure returns to normal, which can protect the pressure roller from damage.
