Puffed Corn Extruder

The puffed corn extruder production line uses corn flour, rice flour, and wheat flour as the main raw materials. While the twin-screw extruder extrudes hollow rolls and cakes, the filling machine injects fillings of different flavors such as cream, chocolate, and peanut butter into them, realizing co-extrusion and giving the puffed food a richer taste. The extruded sandwich burritos can be rolled or cut straight, open or sealed. Feeding, extrusion, puffing, filling, and molding, baking, and spraying are all carried out on an assembly line. The mold and forming machine can be changed to produce soy sauce cakes and senbei, and the mold can also be changed to produce puffed snack foods of various shapes.

1. Powder mixing machine: Different models of powder mixing machines are selected according to the output of the production line. There are three main models for you to choose from.
2. Loading machine: The motor is used to power the spiral conveyor to ensure convenient and fast loading.
3. Extruder: Different types of extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100kg/h to 600kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, etc. can be used as raw materials.
4. Sandwich machine: Inject chocolate, etc. into the main machine.
5. Cutting machine: Cut the products coming out of the host machine into sections to facilitate baking and packaging. The speed is adjustable and the length of the product is adjustable.
6. Elevator: Transport the feed to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven. An air blower can also be used.
7. Multi-layer oven: Most ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. Five-layer and seven-layer stainless steel ovens;
8. Vibrating screen: screen out excess debris.
9. Seasoning line: There are octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to the output and product properties.
