Data is logged every minute, allowing for continuous monitoring of material and equipment status. The system supports offline data viewing, analysis, printing, and storage, and is equipped with a USB port for data export.
4. The laboratory freeze dryer employs an original imported hermetic compressor, single-unit mixed-refrigerant eco-friendly cooling technology, and international standard green refrigerants. It offers rapid cooling, low cold trap temperatures, and high water-trapping capacity.
5. The cold trap chamber, material trays, material racks, and top contact surfaces are all constructed from 304 stainless steel. The cold trap chamber is free of internal coils, featuring a smooth, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-clean surface.
6. The cold trap includes an independent pre-freezing function for samples, eliminating the need for separate ultra-low temperature freezers or liquid nitrogen processing.
