The heat source used by the hot air drying box is pure hot air provided by the hot air furnace or pure hot air generated by electric heating tube heating. The hot air temperature is adjustable and controllable. After the hot air enters the dryer, the high-temperature and high-humidity axial flow fan in the box penetrates the materials and circulates. The circulating wind direction is automatically controlled by the instrument to reverse the positive and negative directions. The time can be set at will. Generally, the wind direction is changed once every 30 minutes or more. The shutter-type moisture outlet in the middle of the dryer is used to discharge moisture naturally, so that each layer of materials can be dried evenly and quickly.
