The Wheel Grinding Mixer Machine is mainly composed of the grinding wheel, grinding disk, mixing chamber, scraper, transmission device, reduction gear, discharge device, and frame. The height of the wheel can be automatically adjusted. When encountering large or hard materials, the rolling wheel can automatically rise to pass over the hard material and then fall back due to its own gravity. The grinding wheel and rotating shaft are connected through a crank. The motor drives the speed reducer, which in turn drives the rolling device, including the roller, scraper, and transmission device. During rotation, the weight of the wheel mixes the material, while the rotation of the wheel is influenced by friction. Once the material is evenly mixed, the discharge device is opened, and the material is directed from the scraper to the discharge port.

After the machine starts working, the wheels will run continuously in the pan. Working Principle

The working principle of the Wheel Grinding Mixer Machine is to use the gravity of the roller wheel to crush and grind coarse materials. The crushing mechanism consists of the roller wheel and the roller plate. When the mixer is operating, the material is fed into the center of the roller plate and rolled under the thrust of the scraper or its own centrifugal force. After being rolled several times, particles that meet the size requirements are passed through the sieving holes around the roller, while coarse particles are returned for further rolling. The wheel mixer is suitable for crushing silica, clay, and other materials of medium hardness or less, as well as for mixing materials.
