Products Description
A Coal Rod Extruder is a forming device that uses a screw extrusion principle to continuously compress powdery raw materials such as coal powder and coal slime into coal briquettes of a specific shape. After being crushed, mixed, and with appropriately adjusted moisture content, the raw materials enter the machine and, under the propulsion of the screw and the action of pressure, are extruded through a die to form regular, dense coal briquettes.
Coal briquette machines can process loose coal powder into shaped fuel that is easy to transport, store, and use, and are suitable for coal processing, briquette production, and related industrial fields.

Coal Rod Extruder are primarily suitable for processing powdery coal raw materials such as coal powder and coal slime. Depending on the equipment model and process requirements, they can also be used for forming other carbonaceous powders.

Products Line
After initial processing, pulverized coal enters the hopper of the briquette machine. A motor drives a reducer and a screw propulsion mechanism to continuously convey the raw material forward.
As the conveying space gradually narrows, the pulverized coal is subjected to continuous compressive force, causing the particles to become more compact. Finally, it is extruded through forming molds of different sizes to form round, square, or other shapes required by the customer.
Depending on production process requirements, the briquette production line can also be equipped with a crusher, mixer, briquette machine, and drying equipment to achieve continuous processing from raw material handling to finished product production.
