Types
There are two types of hookah charcoal tablet presses, both of which include a hydraulic system. One is a common stamping type, while the other is a hydraulic tablet press that consists of a PLC, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, and conveyor belt. It is characterized by high pressure, large output, and excellent product quality. Shisha charcoal with a diameter of 30–40 mm is currently the most popular charcoal product worldwide. The charcoal tablets are disc-shaped, with one side convex and the other concave, generally 30 mm or 40 mm in diameter and approximately 13 mm thick. When the mold is changed, the powdery material can be pressed into various shapes such as square, rectangular, parallelepiped, ring, triangle, cone, and more.
