The epicycle mill consists of the body, the unloading door, the transmission mechanism, the wheel mill, the inner scraper, and the outer scraper. Fixed on the foundation by anchor bolts; The column is connected with the body respectively, and the roller and the scraper are connected with the square box of the column part respectively. The gearbox is driven by the motor fixed on the body through the triangular belt and the wheel roll mechanism rotates counterclockwise by the output shaft. The unloading door is realized by pushing and pulling the lever manually.

The machine must be mounted on a solid concrete foundation or on the base of a metal structure.

The depth of the foundation shall depend on the nature of the soil at the time of installation. Run idle for a few weeks before starting the machine and adding materials.

1) All lubricating parts should be checked frequently to ensure good lubrication.

2) At the end of each shift, sticky sand and residual sand must be removed from all parts of the machine basin.

3) Wear parts should be inspected frequently, and problems unknown should be adjusted or replaced in real time.

4) Before starting the machine, check whether there are large hard sundries such as tools in the basin.

5) Do not bring hard sundries into the machine basin when feeding.

6) Each time the added quantity does not exceed the specified quantity. Users can adjust the added quantity according to the material performance of the factory to prevent overload operation.

7) Most of the materials in the machine basin must be discharged before stopping.

8) The machine is not allowed to start under load. It must start without load before discharging. In case of temporary shutdown due to power failure, it shall be started after manual unloading of sand.

9) Check the machine frequently

 

*Check the fastening screws in all parts of the machine, if any signs of looseness are found, tighten them at any time.

*This machine does not change the scope of use without the permission of the supervisor.

*The operator must be familiar with the machine's performance and operation method.

*The motor should be connected to the ground wire.

*When stepping into the machine basin, the maintenance personnel must personally carry the key of the wheel roller electromechanical source to prevent others from starting the machine.
