1. Structure and principle of honeycomb briquette-making machine
The machine has a simple structure and is divided into three parts: feeding, stamping, and conveying.
1. Feeding part: It is composed of a rotating shaft, a hopper, and an agitator. It is driven by an axial gear to stir the agitator
to mix the carbon powder and put it into the mold.
2. The stamping part mainly consists of a sliding rod, sliding beam, punching rod, punching rod seat, punching head, movable
platen, movable mold bottom, and spring. When the machine rotates, the gear rotates, and the pull rod drives the sliding beam.
When the punch goes down, the punch moves down, the movable plate moves up and the spring is tightened, and the carbon
powder is stamped and formed. The density of the formed carbon rod is determined by the pressure of the movable plate by
the spring. Size decides.
3. The conveying part is composed of a conveyor frame, pulley, bracket, and conveyor belt. The conveyor belt rotates randomly
to send the formed carbon rods out of the body, and the adjustable screw on the conveyor frame can adjust the tightness of the
conveyor belt.

Installation
Installation and test run
1. Level the machine first.
2. Clean the oil and sundries on the machine, and fill the transmission and moving parts with lubricating oil.
3. Check whether the screws in each part are loose.
4. Adjust the positions and gaps of various parts such as dial, stamping, etc. After adjustment, turn the pulley by hand, and each
running part should run freely.
5. The pulley of the main engine rotates clockwise. It is strictly forbidden to reverse, remove the V-belt and test the steering of the
motor before starting the machine.
6. When testing the machine, first use the jogging method to make the motor rotate in pulses. If there is no other noise, the machine
can only be driven when it is running normally. It is strictly forbidden to start the heavy vehicle, and the production can only be started
after the machine is running normally.
