The honeycomb coal briquette machine can produce hollow or solid carbon rods of any shape with a diameter of 30mm to 50mm and a length of 50mm to 80mm, punching 3 pieces at a time. It has a capacity of 2 to 5 tons per day. The carbon rods produced by stamping are smooth in appearance, with neat end faces. The machine has a power of 7.5kW and weighs 1.2 tons.

Working Principle
1. Structure and principle of honeycomb coal briquette machine
The machine has a simple structure and is divided into five parts: body, rotation, feeding, stamping, and conveying.
1. Body part: It is composed of a platen and a machine base, which are opened into the skeleton entity of the machine.
2. Transmission part: It is composed of a motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft, and other components. The motor rotates the
gear shaft through the belt pulley, the gear is transmitted to the transmission shaft, the gear and the rotating shaft drive the dial,
and the dial is turned to move the four-hole disc.
