The charcoal extruder machine is a molding equipment that utilizes the principle of spiral extrusion to compress prepared coal powder into cylindrical or plum-shaped forms with a certain strength. It serves as the primary equipment in the fuel-forming section of the system, extruding fuel powder coal into coal rods with specific strength levels (and various shapes as needed). These rods are used to replace lump coal and are then sent into a new process for combustion in the gas-making furnace, thereby fully utilizing coal powder and reducing fuel costs.

The charcoal extruder machine employs a variable-pitch impeller to forcefully push coal powder from the back of the cylinder forward. As the coal powder is compressed within the barrel, it is extruded through a circular hole in the front head, forming a coal rod. The circular hole and resulting coal rod come in various shapes. The coal rod naturally breaks when subjected to gravity during its movement.
