Working Principle
The screw mechanism feeds raw coal from the intake port and propels it forward. As the charcoal/coal powder is gradually compressed, the particles come closer together, resulting in increased agitation and mixing. During this process, strong friction and shearing occur between the charcoal/coal powder particles and the blades, generating heat and raising the temperature of the raw material. This ensures that the moisture and binder are distributed more evenly, significantly enhancing the coal's plasticity.
Additionally, the decelerator is compact yet has a high load capacity. The impeller features thickened blades, and both the impeller and the barrel's inner liner are made from wear-resistant cast materials, offering a service life 4-5 times longer than conventional materials. The machine head can be fitted with wear-resistant alloy steel for easy replacement. After the charcoal/coal is extruded, an automatic cutter trims it to the customer's specified length, and the finished product is finally conveyed by an adjustable-speed conveyor.
