The tower grain dryer is mainly composed of four parts: the transmission and lifting part, the drying cadre part (including the drying layer and slow-release water layer), the transmission part, and the dust removal part. After the material enters the drying tower from the elevator, it can get enough heat, remove water, and remove skin impurities through the dust removal part, thereby shortening the drying time and exhausting steam. The material is then re-dried through the drying cadre. This circular drying process is energy-saving and efficient, resulting in a better-finished product.

Operation steps
1. Grain Loading: The grain is raised to the top of the main engine silo through the hoist, and the grain is put into the drying box through the agitating device until it is full.
2. Running: The elevator runs continuously. When the grain reaches the bottom under the action of gravity, the elevator raises the grain to the top, and it dries slowly from top to bottom.
3. Drying: The hot air passes through the drying layer horizontally. The grain is fully contacted with the drying layer after heating, achieving the drying effect.
