Working Principle
Our tower corn dryer adopts a low-temperature mixed-flow indirect hot air drying method. It effectively improves the drying speed and quality of the grain while reducing equipment idle time. The high heat utilization can remove large amounts of dust from the grain. The water vapor generated from the grain material is discharged by the dryer exhaust system, and the fuel consumption is low.
Grain is put into the dryer in batches, then circulated orderly by the interaction of electric parts and structural parts. The hot air from the husk burner enters the mixed-flow drying layer to heat the grain under the action of two electric fans. The air flows and removes the moisture from the grain. When the moisture reaches the set value, the exhaust gas is expelled from the machine by the exhaust fan, and the machine stops working.
