Stainless Steel Sesame Peeling Machine

 

The sesame raw materials are first cleaned to remove stones, impurities, dust, and other foreign objects. Then, they are dried and adjusted according to their condition.

After processing, the sesame seeds enter the peeling machine. Friction and compression between the high-speed rotating parts and the sieve cylinder gradually separate the sesame husks from the kernels.

The peeled mixture enters the separation system, where air separation and sieving separate the lighter sesame husks from the kernels, ultimately yielding cleaner sesame kernels.

The rapid rotation of the stirring wings causes the sesame seeds to tumble and rotate inside the drum, rubbing against each other to remove the sesame skins.

Approximately 30-50 kg per batch, with each batch taking about 4-8 minutes to peel.
