Working Principle
The threshing section comprises the drum, separation screen, guard plates, machine housing, and debris discharge outlet. During operation, the crop rotates within the spiked threshing drum; the interaction-involving rubbing and impact-between the spikes and the stationary separation screen (fitted with friction bars) causes the pods to burst open. The released beans fall directly onto the vibrating screen for air separation and bagging. After threshing, the stalks are guided by a discharge plate and ejected from the machine through the outlet at the end of the drum.
The cleaning section consists of a primary cleaning screen (fish-scale/elongated-hole type), a secondary cleaning screen (elongated-hole type), and three suction fans. Beans passing through the primary screen land on the secondary screen, where small debris falls through; the reciprocating motion of the screen moves the remaining crop toward the fan intake, where lighter impurities are suctioned out. The remaining beans pass through a small-aperture round-hole screen before being automatically bagged. Larger debris-such as stalk fragments-is discharged from the machine through the outlet at the end of the screen.
