Working Principle
The horizontal full-mixing dietary mixer is mainly composed of one or two screw-shaped blades, with the spiral structure divided into upper and lower sections. During mixing and stirring, the material is directed from both ends of the box towards the middle of the mixer for peeling and stirring. Each helix of the screw blade is equipped with a moving blade to cut against a fixed tooth located at the center line of the feed mixer, allowing it to cut and agitate various fibrous forages and stalks. This process achieves complete mixing, crushing, and dietary feeding.
