Structure
This machine is equipped with a motor, reducer, dehairing roller, skin-clamping drum, and an independent control cabinet. Operation is straightforward: switch on the power, start the motor, engage the skin-clamping drum, and feed the entire hide into the machine. The dehairing roller then removes the hair, while the built-in scraper efficiently clears the loosened hair from the surface.
For optimal results, the hide must be thoroughly soaked in hot water beforehand, as proper scalding is essential to achieving a high hair-removal rate.
