The working principle of the peanut digger machine: The tractor drives the harvester, and the digging shovel shovels the soil at a specific angle. The peanut vine and soil are pushed onto the conveyor's roller chain. As the roller chain moves backward, it is shaken by the vibrating shaft beneath it. This process shakes off the soil, separating it from the peanut vine. The peanut vines are then transported to the rear spiral, where they are neatly discharged by the rotation of the spiral.

Structure
Roll Chain:
After the peanuts are shoveled by the front blade, the climbing chain transports the peanuts from the front to the rear until they are conveyed to the rear screw for the next operation.
Vibrating Screen Installation:
Peanut loss is a significant issue during harvesting. Installing a vibrating screen effectively addresses this problem by collecting fallen peanuts. This ensures the field is left clean after harvesting, eliminating the need for manual collection of dropped peanuts.
Shovel Blade:
Compared to fixed blades, movable blades reduce harvesting resistance, allowing for easier operation even under low power conditions.
Front Roller:
The roller compacts the soil, loosening it to facilitate the next stage of harvesting.
Gearbox:
Connects to the rear output of the tractor.
Rear Spiral:
The rear spiral rotates to neatly discharge the peanut vines, ensuring the harvested peanuts are arranged uniformly.
