Fish Meal Production Line

The Fish Meal Production Line is a piece of equipment specially used to process fish and other aquatic animals into powdered products. Fish Meal Production Line converts fish and other aquatic animals into powdery substances by crushing, drying, grinding, etc. Throughout the processing process, the machine is designed using advanced technology to ensure high efficiency and optimal product quality. Usually, the workflow of a fish meal machine includes the following steps:

Crushing stage: The raw materials are initially crushed to make them easier to handle.
Drying stage: Remove moisture from raw materials through drying or other appropriate methods to improve the stability and storage life of powdered products.
Grinding stage: Finely grind the crushed and dried raw materials to obtain a fine fish meal.

 

1. Put the fish or other raw material into the crusher to get a smaller size, we have single shafts and double shafts for choice;

2. The small fish is transported to the fish cooker machine by screw conveyor;

3. Using the fish cooker machine which can be matched with steam heating or electric heating, the materials can be sterilized and cooked well, in just need about 20 minutes. The cooking temperature is about 150℃-160℃.

4. After cooking, the fish cooked will enter a squeezing machine to separate solid and liquid, the liquid squeezed enters a horizontal centrifuge for processing fish oil and albumen, while the solid fish residue is transported to a dryer machine for further processing.

5. Through the dryer machine matched with the boiler, the water content of the finished product is ≤10%.

6. Put the fish meal into the screening machine for cooling and sieving, normally 3mm-5mm fish meal is required.

7. If there is still a bigger size fish meal, you can put it into a flour mill machine.
