Maize Flour Milling Machine

The maize flour milling machine is primarily composed of six parts: the upper body, cover, rotor assembly, screen, feeding device, and frame. The body and rotor assembly form the grinding chamber, with the rotor assembly being the main working component. Crushing occurs in this chamber. When materials enter the grinding chamber, they are quickly broken into fine powder and slurry under the impact and rubbing action of circular and flat teeth. The crushed materials are then discharged through the screen holes via centrifugal force and airflow.

Feed Adjustment:

The main end of the pulverizer has a hopper, with an adjustable feed plate underneath. Adjust the feed plate to the appropriate position for material feed size based on the material's fragility and desired fineness, then lock it in place.

Discharge Management:

There is a discharge port at the bottom of the machine. If there is a slight spraying of material when it is discharged with the airflow, tie a cloth bag around the discharge port to allow the material to gradually overflow through the bag.

Lubrication:

There is an oil cup in the middle of the rear bearing of the machine. Regularly add lubricating oil.

Pre-Operation Check:

Before starting the machine for the first time, ensure the machine is stable and check for any electrical damage.
