The paddy husker rice milling machine is mainly composed of three parts: the rice milling machine, motor, and frame. The rice milling machine consists of a machine cover, middle seat, base, rice roller, rice sieve, rice knife, feed hopper, belt pulley, and adjusting device. The rice milling part of this machine can convert paddy into rice in one operation, and simultaneously complete the separation of rice, bran, and broken rice.

Working Principle:

Rice Milling Section: The rice and millet enter the milling chamber through the feeder. Inside, the rice is squeezed by the bearings and rice blades. During this step, the rice is hulled and discharged through the discharge port. The unique design of the discharge port separates whole rice from broken rice. The broken rice bran passes through the sieve and enters the bran bag, allowing users to use the bran powder as feed.

Crushing Section: The raw materials are continuously struck by the high-speed rotating gear, turning them into powder. Screens of different sizes control the particle size of the powder. We provide two screens with the machine. The structure of the machine is very simple, allowing one to easily understand its working principle and learn how to operate it.

1. The 6N40 series rice milling machine is mainly used to peel the skin of paddy to rice and separate the bran from the white rice.

2. The rice and bran will come out through two different outlets.

3. With an iron roller, the rice has low breakage.

4. The rice miller is easy to operate with low power consumption and high productivity.

5. It can work with electric, diesel, or gasoline power sources.

6. The 6N40-9FZ series can process paddy directly into rice, separating the rice from bran and broken rice.

7. The grinder part can crush paddy, wheat, corn, maize, sorghum, soybeans, herbs, etc.
