    Working Principle

    Under the action of airflow, the raw grain enters the triangular discharger through the feed pipe and flows onto the upper layer of the cleaning screen. During the conveying process, lightweight impurities are removed by the air separation system and discharged through a fan (a 3-meter-long fine cloth bag is typically tied to the outlet for collecting light impurities).

    Once on the cleaning screen, larger particles like corn cobs and smaller impurities are separated as they pass through the upper and lower layers of the screen and are discharged through their respective outlets. The main grain remains on the middle layer, and as the screen oscillates back and forth, it moves into the dehulled and moldy kernel removal system.

    In this stage, moldy kernels and corn cob fragments are screened out through vibration and the special design of the fish-scale mesh, while the cleaned grain moves forward into the destoning system. Here, with the help of vibrating motion and the fish-scale mesh structure, stones are driven upward and discharged through the stone outlet. Finally, the thoroughly cleaned and impurity-free grain is discharged from the grain outlet.
