When working, the processed material enters the crushing chamber of the grain disk mill from the hopper and is hit and broken by the high-speed rotating working parts, which changes the direction of movement of the material. Since the high-speed rotating working parts destroy the sedimentation of the material layer, the material moves with the rotor. During this process, the particles are repeatedly subjected to collisions between the working parts and the machine body, as well as collisions and frictions between particles, and are gradually crushed until their geometric diameter is smaller than the diameter of the sieve hole. Under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, the crushed materials pass through the sieve hole and leak into the powder chamber and are discharged from the discharge port.
