Working Principle
When corn and other crops are sucked into the grinder, the raw materials are quickly ground into granules and powders under the continuous impact and collision of high-speed rotating blades and hammers, and then enter the mixer through the screen under the action of centrifugal force. The crushed material is forced into the lower end of the mixer through the impeller box. The material is lifted to the top of the mixer by the auger blades inside the mixer, and then evenly scattered in the mixer, falling from the surroundings of the mixing barrel, re-entering the vertical screw conveyor from the notch at the bottom of the sleeve, and then lifted up again. The mixing and mixing cycle is repeated until the mixture is evenly mixed, and the material is discharged by opening the discharge port.
